‘New’ refers to an employee that is new to your company, in other words it is someone whose employed at your company.
The employee can either be:
- New to the industry and employed at your company for the very first time
- A person who has been transferred from another company to your company and who has not been issued with a CRICE Card at the previous company.
- A person who has been transferred with a valid Digital CRICE Access Card from another to company to your company.
