If you are the current CRICE Point of Contact (POC) and had previously purchased CRICE for one or more employees on behalf of your company using the online enrolment system — log into your CPOC account on the Online Enrolment System at new.cricecams.com, enrol your staff on the required course (card level) for each representative, and complete payment through the system. Each enrolled representative will receive their login credentials by email from noreply@masoom.co.za.

If you are a newly appointed CRICE POC or an additional POC but your company has previously enrolled staff — send an email to info@masoom.co.za with subject header: Registration as a CRICE POC. Include the current POC or relevant person who authorised you to act as the POC in your email.

If your company has not enrolled staff on CRICE previously and you would now like to register your company and yourself as the CRICE POC — send an email to info@masoom.co.za with subject header: CRICE New Customer.

Check CRICE status

Learners / Company Representatives: log into your learner account on new.cricecams.com and go to My Status. Your course progress is shown across Profile, E-Learning, Assessment and Forms.

This feature is also available on the CRICE CAMS mobile applications (Google Play Store and Apple App Store).

CPOCs: access your CPOC account on new.cricecams.com and go to Staff Status → CRICE Learners to view the status of all your enrolled staff.

Hospital Points of Contact (HPOCs): go to your HPOC account on new.cricecams.com and click Check Learner Status, then enter the Learner Registration Number or Learner Email Address and click Check.

White Card — CRICE General

For CRs who detail Healthcare Practitioners on products in HCP rooms, Pharmacy, Laboratory or Radiology, and do not go beyond the foyer of a typical hospital.

Blue Card — Excluding Sterile Field

• ✅ Module 3 (e-learning): Medical & Legal Aspects — medical and legal consequences, out-of-scope behaviour, case studies

Green Card — Including Sterile Field
